Personal Narrative: My Life As A Sports Athlete

Being a very hyper child, my mom had very few options into calming me down. There was the option of giving medications to me, and then there was get me tired. So being a caring and thoughtful mother, she placed me into sports, not just one but three simultaneously. This truly did tire me out, but I really did love playing them. Being a multi-talented sports athlete, I have participated in over 6 organized sporting clubs (baseball, soccer, basketball, football, tennis, and track and field). So my love of the game spread widely to all sports, influencing me and forming me into a better “team player”.
However, at the beginning of my high school career, I was in a car accident. This accident left me with two herniated disks, and under doctor’s orders I was unable to play sports. Distressed and sad I had no idea what to do, sports were my only revilement of pain and emotional problems. As I gathered myself I decided to fully steam into physical therapy. Doing that I was able to participate in a few non-physical type sports. So I went into the sport I most favorited

Still proving myself during tryouts, coach had seen that special something in me. So when the final decision came around, to determine who was on the varsity squad, I had failed to make it again. I knew it was going to be a difficult task trying to make a team, that was only composed of eighteen seniors and two juniors, when only nine on a team play on the baseball field. So saddened I went onto playing junior varsity baseball. Two weeks had passed, and I was mainly focused on school. However, one sunny hopeful day, my coach had stepped into my classroom, while the teacher was lecturing. He had asked my permission to take me, so I could go play a tournament with them. As happy as I was my teacher had let me go. This taught me hope. Now I had to compete with many seniors for a starting
