In regards to my leadership experience, I draw from several different areas in my life. It is here that I acquired the experience of working with a group of other leaders in organizing events and membership of a campus organization. And though I have …show more content…
And lastly, the organizational skills that I gained while in the military, I’m sure, can be put to some use in order to benefit the growth and success of this great fraternity. To conclude, I would like to take the time to introduce some actions that I would like to take, should I get approved as the Chair of Community Service. I would also like to extend our community service outside of campus orchestrated events. For example, I would like to reach out to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Buffalo, and offer mentors to the youth attending these Boys and Girls Clubs. It is my personal duty to work on refining my craft so that I may do the same for the generation behind me. Being a part of such a prestigious organization of sisterhood would be an honor as there have many magnifying, transformative women.
