Personal Narrative: My Journey Of Coping With Anxiety

I have struggled with anxiety since the fourth grade. Over the years I have learned how to deal with it better, though it still remains a constant issue in my life. Throughout the next five paragraphs I am going to tell you about my journey of coping with anxiety and how I feel about it to this day. Anxiety is just one aspect of my life and for past few years it has increased drastically, forcing me to work on it. First, let me tell you just what anxiety is.
