Personal Narrative: My Interview With Sandy Stoll

I have had the pleasure of working with Sandy Stoll, for over 10 years. She possesses great leadership qualities that ensure the highest standards of care for all patients by placing emphasizes and focus on the facility thriving by providing person-centered care to all residents. She is a leader who is compassionate, patient, perceptive to details and very resourceful. She will never say “we can’t,” but is willing to say “we can find another way or a new approach.” She is at all times transparent with families and the team regarding her expectations on patient care delivery.
