I think there are certain cases, such as Judge Cerski, in which a leader enjoys what he or she is doing so much that they don’t have an expansive social life outside of work. Although, for most successfully leaders it is vital for that person to be able to find a nice balance. This is something that I want to work on. The other day, a group of people asked me if I wanted to go on a hike with them. I said no because I had some homework to finish and I was hoping to get ahead on other assignments. Personally, I define myself as leaning towards introverted, regardless of the situation. Sometimes, I guess, if I am really passionate and/or angry about something, I can become extroverted. For example, in high school, some of the girl decided to mess with my sister’s food. When I heard/saw this, I went right over to them and demanded an explanation. I basically told them it was wrong, and asked if they would like it if it was done to them. I can also become extroverted when I’m playing tennis. If I feel as though my opponent is cheating, I’m not afraid to call her out on it. In those cases, I realized that it is similar to the way in which Judge Cerski described himself. He said he becomes extroverted in circumstances having to do with his work, and I guess I become extroverted when I am in situations surrounding the things that I am passionate about. I have and will always be dedicated to my family, and I love to play tennis and am a very competitive
