I am willing to put myself through anything. Temporary pain or discomfort means nothing to me as long as I can see that the experiences will take me to a new level (Maxwell, 2006). Something that I see daily from Jess, as a athletic trainer is that he constantly places himself in uncomfortable positions so he can learn the importance of adaptability and breaking barriers.
The second idea I learned was to “avoid being selfish” and remain service minded, just like Jess he focused on helping others.
