My intellectual goal for my first year at WIU is to become a more avid studier. In my last year of high school I could count on one hand how many times I took my bookbag home to do homework. Studying and staying on top of my tasks has never been my strong suits because I get distracted very easily by my phone, music, TV, people in the room trying to talk to me, or just genuinely being lazy when it comes to my school work. But it is my goal to change that this year at WIU. I plan to study or do homework every day and weekends when needed, after I get done with class dedicating as much time needed to finish all my assignments, especially for Math-099 and English-120, to achieve my goal of a 3.4 or higher GPA.
