“Mama no Im sorry!” I screamed as I jolted awake, beads of sweat rolling down my face. I've had this nightmare for about 2 years and sometimes it gets worse. I remember the events like it was yesterday. I turn to look at my nightstand where my clock is. 4:53 it read. I laid there staring at the ceiling thinking. Before I knew it my alarm clock was ringing. “Brrrrrr brrrrr brr” I groaned at that all too familiar sound. Should i go? Is it worth me getting up at 6 am for? I rubbed my eyes and got up. I looked up straight and saw Nathan. I laughed out loud as I saw Nate lip syncing and dancing and he glared at me. “Ellie if I get there and your not ready i’m leaving and then you'll have to walk yourself to school” yelled Nate from across the window and that snapped me back into reality and I darted …show more content…
“Nate thanks for the ride I'll see you at lunch bye!” I quickly said as I closed the car door and walked to the entrance of the school. I walked into the office and saw the secretary. “ Hello I’m so sorry I'm late! Where's the transfer?” I asked confused.”He's in the room with Mr.Heathers now go” said the woman bitterly. Why are people so nasty

A few transformations and developments about me over summer or maybe even the last time I thought about how much I have changed. One social transformation I went through would be a change of views on how I see the world, second would be my interest and hobbies, doing and liking things that I wouldn’t particularly thought I would even like or do. Lastly one thing that hasn’t really changed would be the love I have for my dearest mother.…

Change, they say, is the only constant thing that exists. The irony is that I totally believe it to be true but I never thought that I would be one of the people who are bad at dealing with change. I grew up in a small city in the Philippines. My simple life with my mom and my sisters, however hard it can get at times, did not hinder us to survive our day-to-day lives. It was 2014 when my family decided to permanently reside here in the United States to fulfill my grandma’s request to have all her children, including my mom, to stay with her.…
