Personal Narrative: My High School Career

Throughout my high school career I have always managed to maintain a balanced schedule between academics, athletics and after school activities from participating in a wide variety of sports and clubs including: soccer, track, volleyball, tennis, theater, forensics, solo ensemble, poetry club and student ambassador club. Through my experiences from these organizations I have realized I have been able to become a better student athlete, public speaker, and classmate among my friends, teachers and community. Among the numerous things I have contributed to my school and community my favorite to date, was studying to achieve my Certified Nursing Assistant license and maintaining a stable job while making the residents that I was giving above proper care for happy. The reason I'm so proud of this license is because it was a course that required a lot of studying and hard work and regardless of its difficulty I was determined to pass. In addition to the course, after passing both written and skills examinations on my first try I got a job at "Brolen Park assisted living" which made me realize that their is no better feeling than making someone happy and comfortable because of something you did for them which also made me understand that wherever I go helping others will be a contributing characteristic I will carry on in life until the day I die. Surrounded by all the activities I have been involved in, I have acquired many achievements from getting titled the most improved player of the year from my first year in soccer, an ovation award of best male role in theater to getting first and second medals in solo ensemble and first places and third places in sprints for
