Personal Narrative: My Generation's Idea Of American Identity

My generation's idea of American identity, is that anybody can be an American. It doesn't matter if you're black, white, asian, or hispanic if you were born here or not. What matters is that we are all one, we are Americans everyone's ancestors and the men, women, and children that are coming to America at this very second. In 2014 alone 1.3 men, women, and children immigrated here (Jie Zong). For jobs, Freedom, acceptance, and many other reasons.
