Personal Narrative: My Food Safe Certificates

This is where I got my food safe certificate. At the Delta Secondary School cafeteria I would prepare food that would be served for lunch that day. Every two weeks the student workers would rotate to a new station. The stations where pasta salads, soups, sandwiches, recycling, and dishwashing. I learned how to prepare all types of cafeteria food, dice an union, chop a whole chicken, how to properly use knives, and how to work in a fast paced environment serving lunch to students. I would also serve lunch to students during the lunch break.
