I can say, undoubtedly, that my first year at The University of Alabama was one which taught me a great deal about myself. As an out-of-state student from Rhode Island, the transition from a relatively small high school to a large university was unmatched to anything in my life prior. While Freshman year naturally contained points of difficulty, I was able to overcome these obstacles and become more well rounded as a result.
Upon graduation from Alabama, I hope to enroll in medical school where I wish to eventually pursue emergency medicine.
