Personal Narrative: My First Xbox Video Game

My fun filled day at kindergarten ended with massive excitement for me. Mum and dad took me back to the boot of our car and opening up what made my jaw drop which would be a big part of my life even still to this day seeing my first Xbox video game console.

My childhood revolved around this piece of technology I spent every second I could and making my mum and dad spend their last dollar to get me games to keep me more and more interested into playing, my first ever game I played was a game called midtown madness my first racing game I played, I spent countless hours just roaming around the cities and just finding hidden spots and having countless hours spent having fun using the classic cars included like a Cadillac or a mini cooper just

which I also spent a lot of my time on the consoles getting frustrated with the hard games once you die you have to start the entire game again which is just frustrating but it helped me become better and helped me understand games more, than just having the knowledge of the next gen consoles which is great but playing the older games give you are great understanding on how video games have evolved

Mum asking me what I want for Christmas, I immediately open my mouth to say I want a PlayStation 3 the excitement that went through me when she agreed to get me one we all got in the car and hit up to victor harbor and go straight into EB games to check out the prices for the console the prices were cheap enough and I go to buy my PS3 and I pick out 2 games (Grand theft auto IV and Need For Speed Shift) I go straight to the counter as a happy 13 year old it was my entry to the next gen gaming when they were the big thing, buying games constantly and spending countless hours on

Once the installation was done I put in the USB and it takes me to the installation process for windows when the installation was everything was working the way I hoped and very happily installing all the games I bought that day and everything working smooth.
