Personal Narrative: My First Xbox Games

Decent Essays
The first xbox games I played were so amazing. I was like 9 at the time. I was at my friend Dylan's house. He put in this game called Halo Reach. I was so amazed. I thought it was the greatest thing ever. Because at the time I had a Playstation 2. Don't get me wrong, the Playstation 2 was great. But the xbox graphics and games were so new. And it also helped that the xbox didn't crash or overheat when we wanted to play it. And the games were so fun! Like I said I just got introduced to halo that day.
We played some kind of game mode where one person was a human and the other person was an alien. It was fun because the alien got lots of aliens to help them. But the human had to fight them by themselves. Since my friend owned the game he let

It is like call of duty. It is your usual first person shooter. It is also a lot older than call of duty. We would try and beat this one level in the game that was realy hard. It would start you off in an airplane and you would have to parachute to safety. We thought it was really cool. Then you would have to make your way through a battlefield. We would switch off every time one of us died. It was really hard so we were constantly switching off.
Then we played madden football which was really new to me at the time. It was also really fun. We would play on different teams most of the time. But sometimes we would play on the same team. When we played on different teams he would usually beat me. Probably because he had more practice. We played madden for a couple hours. We both would argue every once and awhile over something stupid. When we did play on a team we were amazing. We would win lots of the matches when we played on the same team.
After we got bored of that we would go back to playing halo reach. We would do all of the usual stuff in the game. Aliens vs humans, driving vehicles, battling with tanks, etc. then we would take a break and do something else. Then we would go back to playing halo reach.
After we got bored of halo reach we would play medal of honor. We would play that for a while. Then when we got bored of that we played madden. It was all really

This is a game that is completely possible to do and could be entertaining if the graphics and gameplay are done right. Basically, you start at a friend's house or, perhaps even better, at a masque ball, with eerie masks and victorian-like atmosphere or 1920's style. There are at least 12 or so people, including men and women. The game starts with a cutscene in which they're sitting at the table, having some kind of "truth or dare" game, in which they ask each other questions that get more personal and more disturbing and they have to answer honestly.…

Its urban and rural firefights are among the most frenetic and intense ever created for a video game. Realistic "ragdoll" physics govern the way bodies flail and fall when struck, and blood often soaks soldiers' clothes and the ground. He or she will give an overall description of the game.…

Ever since I can remember video games have always been my escape. On my ninth birthday I received my xbox 360 and since that day I have never look back. With my xbox I have made memories and friendships that will last life a life time. Although some believe things in life are either good or bad, it can be seen through Xbox that things are both good and bad, but it’s the proportion between good and bad that matters, this can be seen through new games, finishing games, and new systems that proves that a disproportionate amount of good versus bad creates good memories. With the Xbox there were many games that I have played that have taken me on hundreds of adventures.…

Back in September we got told about our I.B. project and were given some example ideas. None of them seemed appealing to me, and I thought about what to do, I had so many ideas of what to do and found the one that best suited me which was to create a video game and have people play it around the world. I knew video games from the back of my mind so to create my very own video game and have people play it would be outstanding. Although it did have a flaw, I had no experience in making video games. I had a general idea of what to do but not enough to get me far.…
