Personal Narrative: My First Job In America

I will always remember about my first job in America. Regardless of where I go or proceed forward, I think I will always remember the encounters that I had to confront in there. As my first job, and a new worker I had face a lot of problems days by days at work. It was a life lesson experience, and at that point, I had learned a lot from there. I have acknowledged that there are many ways to approaches the issues in the workplace and how not to let those problems again in later on.
One major solution that can help the individuals with their new job is communication. In American, people want to be working in groups so they expect everyone to speak English because it is the main language in here. Most people will not have a problem if English

Try to come to work every day as the schedule and try to make a good impression on your manager and coworker do not try to skip the day off even there a little sickness brother. It does not matter if you do not like one of your coworkers or you do not like the way people treat you. Moreover, seek information when needing and do not be afraid to make mistakes. When people give you instruction, do not assume that you will understand directly after they finish. Asking for clarification when you need to even when they have to repeat it so many time. If you are new, do not be ashamed of making a little mistake. Everyone make mistake in their life. Besides, there will always be one person or friend who will love to help you in work. For that, try to make friend with your coworker. Knowing that you have a friend in there will make you want to go to work everyday even you might have a bad day. For instance, my mother friends help her a lot in the job. She did not speak English nor understand it. yet, she still loves going to that place because of a good friend that she is friends with them for many years is still in there. When my mom needs to go to the restroom or take a break, her friend will translate it for her. They all try to help each other even though most of them do not speak English because friend have each other
