Mrs. McGrath tells us to clean up and sort our belongings. She reminds us to read over the weekend and not forget our homework. I gather up all my schoolwork and put them in my neatly sorted desk. I reach in for my homework folder and make sure my assignments are in there.Mrs.McGrath sends us to our lockers to put our homework in our homework. We eventually line up to go to Mrs. Key’s socials studies class. She's very mean to us except to four students .She gives them cool nicknames out of the whole first grade. I'm walking with the rest of the class down the hallway between the bright newly painted primary colored lockers while Mrs. Mcgrath waves at us goodbye with her wrinkly fragile hand.I walk with my best friend Shams with the rest of the class. …show more content…
Shams and I get to our class and into our assigned seats. I look at her with a melancholy face across the rows of pastel-colored desks. We want to sit next to each other but Mrs. Keys separated all the students from their close friends. After everyone sat down quietly into their seats, Mrs. Keys decides to be nice and put a movie on the tiny TV placed on the cart 5 feet away from me. I turn my seat towards the screen and begin to watch the movie. Martinez turns off the light and I hear Mrs. Key's calling her all time favorite student “Cauliflower” , Cassie to watch the movie next to her. Cauliflower sits next to her with her stuffed baby lamb and the rest of the class watches from their assigned seats. The movie is about an animated astronaut going up to space. I like the movie it's better than learning about George Washington and continents. Everyone is whispering around me and I can tell they do not like the movie but it's interesting for me. Mrs. Keys scolds at some students and soon enough the classroom settles down . I'm watching the movie and then I hear Mrs. keys yelling. Yelling at me.

This movie is the rare mix between animation and real action film. It is not a movie in which the animation and characters interact with each other, but there is a balance between both genres. In the Seventies, the fifteen years old troublemaker and leader altar boy Tim Sullivan and his three great friends, Francis Doyle, Wade Scalisi and Joey Anderson, study in a repressive Catholic school, and they hate their nun-teacher Sister Assumpta. Shining Library Book Me and classmates were told that we had to do something nice for the school. It wasn’t just our grade, it was the whole middle school who had to something. There were tons of jobs to be done just inside the building. When it was nice out, some of the 8th graders would go out and do the things outside, while the rest of us stayed inside. My job was organizing the bookshelf in the library.…

As I entered the school trailer in pre-K, I was super excited to show my two teachers what I had learned at home. One was a female, blonde frizzy hair, probably in her forty to fifties, with terrible makeup and the other one I don’t quite remember as I think she didn’t have any extraordinary features. I really wanted to show them what I had learned but class had begun and I didn’t want to interrupt them. When I found the opportunity to raise my hand and they picked on me, I was ready to show them what I had learned. “I know how to spell water!…

When I walked in, I gave a quick scan of the room and saw no one; I guess I was the first one. But then I looked in the corner of a desk, a dull mousy haired woman was at the teachers desk, but she was cowering towards the corner as if she was afraid of everything around her. I didn’t know what I felt about her.…
