Personal Narrative: My First Grade At Orchard Elementary School

Insulin ,weeks in the hospital, giving myself shots everyday, three times a day. When you turn seven you have your whole life ahead of you. Thinking of all the things you want to do as a child. Playing your future ahead of time. It started all in the first grade at orchard elementary school. I always would fall asleep in class, not paying attention to what the teacher was talking about. It would be days or weeks I might miss from school because I was always sick and having to be put in the hospital. I would always have to stop by the store and get a coke and a sneakers bar for snack . my first grade teacher would always call or write a note to my parents telling them that it was something wrong with me.     From my personal experience, when I was in elementary school I remember my teacher would let us sit on yoga ball it always helped me concentrate and it helped me when I was really active because I could not move around, it will make me fall if I move around. I like the idea of standing desks because I prefer standing a lot but when I need to I could sit down on the tool, but I could still move my legs around and be somewhat active.
