I have used the writing center at Azusa Pacific University several times already specifically to help me in English class including the last assignment of narrative essay. My experience with the writing center has been helpful with positive feedback from the tutor about my writing and encouraging me to be a better writer. The tutor gave me a positive feedback with the narrative essay assignment first draft. She can see the working flow of the essay and offered techniques to proofread my first draft. She also offered me specific handouts in the writing center resources to help in my writing process such as word choice and standard usage handouts.
