Hello team, We scheduled a call with Wells Fargo Client Service Officers and AVP to formally introduce Michele and discuss a few matters. I am trying to put together an agenda for the meeting. We could communicate the agenda to our Wells Fargo counterparts so they have time to reach out to appropriate departments and have “preliminary” answers to our concerns. From our call with GFR Admin, here were the discussion points brought up by Karen Farrell: 1. Scanner Options – Are there any other scanners to choose from besides the one we are currently using.…
From an interview that didn’t go too well, to an interview that helped me grow, my customer service professional informational interview took place at a Company that didn’t hire me a year prior. I was given the opportunity to talk to, as well as learn from, Nate Martinson, a sales coach at Capital One, here in Saint Cloud. I was referred to Nate from Becky Shand, my Strategic Customer Service instructor. Nate was one of her past students. Capital One hadn’t initially crossed my mind as a first choice for this assignment, which is why I’m glad I was able to learn more about the company.…
It has come to my attention that my daughter, Samantha Altidor had a meeting with Dr. Banks earlier this week to confirm her to graduate early as you had informed her to do. However I do not understand why Dr. Banks had told her that she needed a 3.6 GPA to qualify to graduate early, when in the 2017-2018 Inlet Grove Handbook states that she only needs a 3.2. Which she has. I do not think it was right that Dr. Banks had informed her she needed a 3.6 GPA now. If it was already written down in handbook for this school year then it wouldn’t be fair to change it now especially since my daughter had began speaking to you about this from the beginning of the school year and you had not mentioned she needed a 3.6 GPA once.…

I managed to reach a point where I began making false promises to myself and others about addressing my situation. Among those empty promises was the one where I claimed I would give up drinking, attend rehab and try to get my life back on track. I even fiddled with the thought of seeking inpatient assistance if things weren't working as planned. Let's be clear and fair.…
The office was small to say the least, with outdated furniture and piles and piles of file boxes all over the place. I knew right away these women were tough, but they were friendly as soon as I walked in. Ruth was obviously in charge and she cleared her busy schedule to give me about ten to fifteen minutes of her time. I was grateful for…
Looking for employees with integrity is very important. The employees hired by the company can make or break the business. Finding the right employee is the key in avoiding unethical issues which can be harmful to the business. When lack of integrity is spotted, it must not be ignored. Warren Buffet, Chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, in looking for people to hire, look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence, and energy.…
I never expected working at a fast food restaurant to change my life. When I first applied online, I had a preconceived notion about what my experience at Chipotle would be like. I expected the fast food restaurant to be like any other I had heard about. I would go to work, make food, then go home. In direct contrast, the environment at Chipotle is like nothing I’ve ever experienced, not even in a Christian school.…

I stepped into my car, started it up and headed to the Morrow Country Store. As I proceeded to walk through the doors into the convenience store, I noticed all eyes were located on me. Even though I was nervous, I smiled and walked behind the counter. When I came around the corner, I was greeted by 2 very friendly employee’s.…
