He then said explain why so I said I like this sport because it boosts your stamina. The more stamina you have the longer you can stand doing something and because of the sport itself. I have never seen another sport except for kickboxing about two people going head to head in a ring with thousands of people watching them but the most surprising one of them all was that they get paid to do that. I asked my dad if there was any way for him to teach me how to box because he told me that he had so much experience in boxing that his cousin and him took boxing lessons together. So instead of telling him to sign me up for boxing lessons I rather tell my own father to teach me because he is my dad. He told me to get a jump rope and to jump for at least three minutes with five seconds of rest in between each sets of the three minutes. He said this will help you with your stamina. Your stamina is very important because if you don’t have a lot, the other boxer can take that as an advantage because he is now faster than you and he can last longer than you can. It’s now been a hour into my training and I feel like a cheetah coughing and wheezing because it’s having trouble breathing because of how much energy it used. I have done jump rope, push ups and I ran around my whole house 6 times. My father told me if you think this is enough wait until you keep going with you training. I felt as like my heart was pumping out of my chest because my chest was hurting so badly. I realized why I am doing this. I am doing this because I don’t want to be someone who is blamed for the lose of our team. I want to be recognized as someone who worked hard and helped out to help our team
