Personal Narrative: My Experience Of Working With A Nurse

On Wednesday, April 13, I arrived to work to the unit felling excited about working with my nurse again after she returned from her vacation. As usual, I came with a positive attitude to learn and to help as much as I possibly can. The morning was uneventful and we spent time learning how to effectively communicate with other members of the health care team. My nurse and I spent time learning about the tasks that could be safely delegated to others members of the team. Later in the morning, we start getting patients. One of the most interesting patients that morning was a 94 years old man who fall during physical rehabilitation and injured his back.
