Personal Narrative: My Experience At The Police Department

On Wednesday, December 7, 2016 I, Officer B. McMillon #135, of the Mansfield ISD
Police Department was on assignment at the Mansfield Legacy High School located at 1263 N. Main St. in Mansfield, Texas 76063. At approximately 12:08 p.m. while on lunch duty was approached by FALS Teacher Schroeder, Jayme w/f, d.o.b. 05/17/1976 in reference to an out of control student White, Justin d.o.b. 05/07/2000 who was trashing the classroom and throwing things around. Officer A. Rangel and I responded to the scene.

Upon arrival I observed Assistant Principal Villegas, Rene H/M d.o.b, 03/30/1973, Principal Butler, Shelly B/F, d.o.b. 06/07/1971 and Success teacher Hodgest, Kelvin B/M d.o.b 03/04/1970 speaking with FALS student White who was calm at the time sitting on a couch located in classroom J 115. I then observed the classroom and noticed the classroom was trashed chairs and a table were turned over as well a broken white wonder women coffee mug, pencils, papers and trash spread out all over the floor. Assistant Principal Villegas was cleaning up the mess that White had made. I heard Hodgest asked White why was he upset. White replied that the teacher told him that his lunch room privileges had been taken away and that he could not eat. White also told Hodgest that he was told that eating lunch is a privilege.

05/01/1984 was locked in the kitchen area that is located inside the classroom. I also observed the other FALS Teachers and students were also locked in an adjacent, connecting room I115 behind a closed door. The door of the kitchen has a glass window so Dancer was able to observe the activity that was taking place in the
