When I began the semester this year at Broward College (B.C.) I made sure to look at the syllabus and plan out on a calendar by when I would have my work done. Obviously, not every date and time is exact but this method has provided me an effective and efficient way to get my work done on time. I have not only applied this to just my dual enrollment classes at B.C. but I have also applied this mindset to my High school classes as well. This allows me to finish my work in a timely manner since I am not waiting until the end to finish all of my tasks. A good example of how I am attempting to change my habits to fix this fault is this essay. I am aiming to complete it before winter break ends, this way it will be done before it is due and I will not have to go into a hurry up offense at the last minute. Along with this new way of planning my tasks, I have also been breaking major tasks down into smaller goals. This way when I look at my list I don’t see one gargantuan task that needs to get done, instead, I see a multitude of small tasks that I can finish at a reasonable
