I don’t believe it we be fair finish this pager or even leadership and management class without giving a credit to the men above. Because he gave me the carriage, energy, great health and made me easily understood the material provided and put together by southwestern college. Without him I don’t think this will be possible .This course gave me better knowledge in leadership and management.as nurse leader who is dealing with different patients with different condition , dealing with different people from different back ground with different opinion and vision .every day I have a lot of decision make and conflicts to solve. Without a better understanding in conflict resolution, delegation, time management, decision making and a good leadership
