I have a good mixture of experience in recruiting, event planning, administrative duties, and setting people up for academic and career success, which perfectly fits the job description. I have three years of event planning experience, mostly from when I was a resident assistant and being involved in Greek Life. As a resident assistant, I planned, coordinate, and executed at least thirty-forty educational and social programs to strengthen community in the residence halls and offered fun and engaging opportunities for residents. Being involved in Greek Life also presented event planning opportunities.
