My family doesn’t value education so, I have always been left to face my studies on my on without help from my parents. There were times that I wish that they had helped me advance in my education when I had no control over what happened but in the end all everything happens for a reason.
There was a time that I was offered to take the Duke Talent Search ACT in middle school but my parents thought it was a waste of time so they did not let me take the test no matter how much I pleaded them to let me.
