At my current jobs, we have different scenarios that come in throughout the day. Most days the goals and tasks stay the same. Sometimes, depending on the circumstance, like when advisors are not available, I would have to use my problem solving skills, and figure out how to do things on your own. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month, where management are really clear in providing feedback on future goals, what needs to be worked on, and what the team does well. They make sure that these goals are attainable to the team, by constantly asking us different ways they can provide help, and make our job easier.
