My commitment to public service is evident in my professional career and my scholastic endeavors. Prior to matriculating into law school, I worked for a municipal government and at a political consulting and fundraising firm. First, I worked for the Office of the Public Advocate of New York City. The Public Advocate of New York City serves as the direct link between the constituents of New York City and their government. In this position, I reaffirmed my passion for public service. Everyday I organized and attended events that included or directly affected the constituents of New York City’s five boroughs. These events illuminated issues that were most important to New York City residents.
