This week’s clinical was pretty emotional for me. Since it has been more than 6 months I worked in a medical surgical unit, I was kind of scare that I might forget all the skills I have learned. I begin with a nervous mind to begin my first day of clinical, but as soon as I started the shift, I felt very comfortable. I remembered all the procedures I am supposed to do; I get to learned new skills with my nurse. Since this is the first time I work in Vallejo Kaiser, it has a different environment than the Kaiser in Vacaville. The nurses here are very helpful and they really want to teach the students. I have the most amazing nurse to follow during my first day at Vallejo Kaiser.
