The next step we all agreed upon was to sort the cards into the groups, then read the question cards. Having sorted all of the cards into the groups and determined the problems we were solving for, we voiced our opinions. The first time we worked as a team we didn’t talk much, we were afraid to take chances, and we weren’t very engaged. We were essentially the opposite of this during the Neighborhood Game. In the future, I think that we would probably exhibit the same team dynamics since we have broken through the initial barriers of unfamiliarity. Thing that I would change with the team is our overall awareness. We need to be more cognizant of when we get tunnel vision since we have a habit of missing important clues that fall outside of our direct line of
