Wait. It's really over? I was actually quite disoriented and my feet and legs hurt from jumping. When we exited the venue I stopped in my tracks though. There was a line going up to his tour bus. People were waiting to meet him. Oh my god. I'm going to meet Frank Iero. My mom and I waited in line for about an hour and made some pretty great friends. One of them I still talk with to this day! Soon after an hour had passed a security guard came out of the building and told us Frank would be coming out of the front door and told us to line up respectfully. Of course no one was respectful. I was shocked. He was so soft spoken for someone who rocks out so hard on stage!
"Hi I'm Casper" I said, my hands shaking.
"Nice to meet you" he said and shook my hand firmly. I suddenly became relaxed because I realized something. This is a no pressure situation. This guy's calm and collected, so I should be too.
"So I just want to tell you that I really love your music. Thank your for everything you do. Your music's one of the reasons I wake up every morning." I managed to say without crying.
"Thank you so much" he told me, his smile beaming.
Then I walked over to my mom and I cried as we got to the car.
During the car ride home, my mom and I spent the whole time talking about the show and meeting him. She was almost as starstruck as I was. I was just in awe the entire time. I couldn't believe what had happened! I had finally met one of my idols, one of the people who's the reason that I love music the way I do. So to anyone reading this, don't be afraid to meet people who inspire you and don't be upset if it doesn't happen right away. It'll
