I have faced many, many challenges during high school. One of the most difficult challenges I faced was during junior year. I wanted to work in the school cafeteria for senior year, the only problem was they required only A’s and B’s, and my grades were B’s, C’s, and D’s. We only had 3 weeks to apply for the cafeteria and I was running out of time. I was motivated to get my grades up to A’s and B’s. It was a lot of work. I had to constantly stay after school, go to tutoring, etc, but I sucked it up and did it. In 2 weeks, all my grades were at A’s and B’s. I went to the cafeteria, gave her the application with the grade check, and she seemed very impressed! I got my grades up very quickly and she liked the motivation. She interviewed me, and
