Personal Narrative: My Ability To Trade Place With Dr. Benjamin Carson

If I had the ability to trade places with anyone dead or alive I would trade with Dr. Benjamin Carson. I would trade with him because he had obstacles to overcome to become what he is now. Also he is a very successful person. Lastly, he has my dream job as a astonishingly famous surgeon. These are the reasons why I would like to trade places with Dr. Benjamin Carson.

Dr. Carson had a lot of struggles growing up as a kid. First, he was a kid during the beginning of segregation. Therefore he had a lot of racist class mates and they were extremely stereotypical toward him. He also got into a lot of fights at school for lacking in intellectual participants. He lacked in school because he needed glasses and him nor his mother knew. When he first got his glasses he was instantly way more intelligent. He was also raised by a single mother in Detroit Michigan. His father had a whole different family while still married to Benjamin's mother and that lead her to take care of Benjamin and his older brother Curtis on her own. Benjamin's mom had very little

His net worth is about 30 million dollars and he makes about 975,000 dollars per year. He was also the founder on how to sperate conjoined twins by stopping their hearts. He attempted many things for a first time trial and he also sucdeeded at them. For example, it was his first time removing a seizure part from the little girls brain but he still did it and succeded. Lastly, he is a world renowned surgeon and also was running for president.

The question was if i could trade places with anyone dead or alive who would it be and I answered with my idol Benjamin Carson. I would trade with him because he has struggled to become what he is now. He struggled with poverty, not having a dad, being black, and a high temper. He is also very victorious person.
