After six months later the results came in a mail and I brought my mom a letter to open and see the results and the letter told us that we won and got actually second place . My mom and couldn’t believe in this because it was our dream to come and live legally in America. After few months later we packed our staff and were ready to fly out and that was a really hard moment for my that I have expierenced in my life. I left all of my friends and pretty much everything . When we got to California the first thing that we did is we called my mom friends to help us to find a place to stay at and it was really helpful for us because we couldn’t really speak English and it was really difficult for us to do. Next day in the morning my mom and I went to look for colleges and we didn’t know what the system look like , so basically everyday we would learn something new and get little more comfortable with American culture. Life in Russia has a lot of pros and cons For the most part that I have expierenced were Cons such as respectful people, beautiful environment , good food
