The dream job/jobs in addition to the overall climate make Hawaii a dream location for me to someday raise a family. One other major reason in which I would like to move to Hawaii is due to me developing arthritis in knee at an early age. The overall climate of North Dakota make it impossible to do many of the things I love. I cannot go out and surf in North Dakota no matter how big of a lake I go to. That is just one of the activates that I am unable to do in that climate, there are also many more activities related to ocean life in which there is no chance of doing in a North Dakota climate. In addition the windy, cold climate of North Dakota results in severe pain to my knee. Whenever North Dakota is windy or in negative temperatures my knee likes to “creek” and or swell. North Dakota is infamous for its strong winds and cold weather so it is an unfavorable climate for me to spend the rest of my living life. Like North Dakota, many close states and Canadian providences share the same climate making it an unreasonable location to serve my remaining years on this Earth. Florida is a land of sun palm trees and sand. Florida being a southern state with sweet tea, Publix, and Disney just a few hours away, had many perks. I had never thought of what it might be like to grow up in a northern area, or just even outside of Florida. Up until my 14th summer I had always assumed everyone lived the same way I did. It had all started when I got accepted to a summer program in Washington D.C to attend a medical forum.…

Here I am today singing songs about the south-land;because I miss 'ole' 'bamy once again. Years ago I left my home state of Alabama, where the skies are so blue and I moved to the not so great state of Montana. Growing up, my family and I weren’t very religious by any means. My parents grew up in Catholic families, but when they moved away from their families, they moved away from God too. Every time we were stationed in a new place, my parents always blamed not going to church on the military and how we would always be moving. My sister and I didn’t mind this, because we didn’t really know what church was, and didn’t understand the meaning of it, but when we moved to Louisiana in 2012, I met a friend that would change this. I met this girl Samantha, who seemed to be in a few of my classes.…
