I had to move to the side to avoid being struck by the rock. The size of the rock was approximately the size of both of my fists. After moving a to the side Lucas then immediately threw a rubber ball at me. When Lucas bent down, out of sight, it appeared she was picking up more items to throw at me. I quickly determined the location of the rear door, south side of the residence. Cpl. Jordan and I exited the house through the door and stepped out onto the rear deck of the house. By this time Lucas had picked up a large stick, square board. She was holding the stick in the same fashion as a sword and refused to drop the stick. I moved to Luca’s right and Cpl. Jordan positioned himself to her left. Lucas was attempting to focus on the both of us and continued to refuse to drop the stick. She moving it as if preparing to swing it towards one of us. I deployed my collapsible baton and used a back handed swing, targeting the stick, in an attempt to knock the stick out of Lucas’s hand. Lucas maintained a firm grip on the stick when the baton struck the stick. The stick split broke off near the area where the baton struck
