This was the perfect plan to get back at the kids who cause problems before this family moved in. I was scoping out my when to do this, were his parents wouldn’t hear a thing. Then I thought about the basement. But this would be hard because kids don’t like cold and dark, and that was the description of the basement. They always watch and believe scary things about basements.

A day before I was going to execute my plan I saw something about Nathaniel, he wasn’t acting like he use to. Now every day he woke up he was depressed, sad, worried to wake up or go to sleep. I think it was because of me, seeing me scared him. I also saw his report card that stated he was now failing in school. Then I thought to myself “Am I really that scary to kids. As the loud clanging of the bell resounded in my ears students stampeded for the door, class finished for the day. Having few friends at Captain Shreve High School, I spent the majority of my afternoons at my friend Stephen’s house. Stephen stood an inch taller than I at five-foot four with disheveled chestnut hair sewn with blonde highlights. As he was not from Shreveport, he didn’t have anyone he trusted, or knew for that matter, leading us to become tremendously close throughout middle school, and as I had no siblings, we had become as brothers. I sat there in the hard seat of my desk and waited patiently. The scent of Lysol was overwhelmingly powerful in the room, but I knew by the third week it would be overpowered by the smell of musty children and chalk dust. Looking around the room at my new classmates, it was easy to tell who had done the summer assignments, especially with their conspicuous faces.…
