I pull up on my black silk gloves they were a part of my uniform, along with a black and red plaid skirt, black saddle shoes, white knee high socks, and a white sweater. I hated it, but I had no choice, nobody can know how different I am. “Right class, what do you do when you see a monster,” asked Mrs. Shard in an annoying high-pitched voice that made my ears bleed.

I look out the windows watching teachers and students rushing around from class to class. Frustrated from the day I hit my head on the white wood wall of my bunk.

I noticed a hard object underneath me.I rolled on my bed and ran my hand over a small, red, coin. This was a coin that monsters to communicate with each other. There was writing on the back. ‘Meet us at dorm 676 at midnight.’Okay, that was just creepy. But I’ll go, anyway. If they have the coin, then they might be monster friendly.

Hours passed, I snuck out of my bed, which was easy, seeing it was on the bottom bunk. I snuck down the hall in my fox once. I don’t care what you think it’s cute. Before I knew it, I was standing outside of dorm 676

I built up the courage to knock on the door, it opened right away. A cold hand pulled me in before I could make a sound. The door slammed loudly behind me. “W-who a-are y-you,” I asked my voice

The first thing I noticed when I walked into Jasmine Middle School was how big the eighth graders were. I knew that in middle school the sixth graders would be the babies, but it was still kind of a shock at how big eighth graders really were; well, at least I hoped the kids I was looking at were eighth graders. If the group of kids hanging out by the lockers were seventh graders, then eighth graders must be huge. Luckily, after looking around for a few seconds, I spotted my best friend, Georgina Larson by the water fountain. She’s never hard to find, because her hair is light blonde, and she’s always wearing really flashy outfits.…
