When it comes to working productively with peers I tend to hold my thoughts on projects. I’d like to be a help and I’d hate to give someone the wrong answer or advice and have them upset with me. I also need to learn how to handle difficult situations in a responsible way. I also withdraw from people when things go wrong and I’d like to be able to solve a problem with a future co-worker and have the ability to continue working with them and strengthen my interpersonal skills.
The six keys to success are: Always Stay Focused, Never Give Up, Commit to Yourself and Your Future, Ask For Help, Work Hard, and Make Good Choices. One of the keys I’m currently successful at is the Ask For Help Key. If I need help on a project or don’t fully understand something I’ll ask for help. Another key to success I feel I do well at is Work Hard and I believe that to be true because I try my best to work hard at whatever I’m doing.
