M is for Maddie. Maddie is one of my close friends. She is one year older than me,so she is in eighth grade. I have known her for a little over 2 years now. We met when she moved into my neighborhood, we met each other at the park. We talked for a while and then my brother rode by on his bike. My friend said that he knew him and I told her that he was my brother. She said that She knew I looked like someone. When she moved in I asked her if she could go to the pool with us because we met in the summer and we have a pool in our neighborhood. But she said that she couldn't because her mom wouldn't let her. I soon learned that she couldn't because she couldn't swim. Summer was almost over and she didn't go to the pool that whole summer. During
