Personal Narrative: Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant

As I was in search of job openings on Craigslist, I came across the one posted by Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant. I saw that the restaurant is in need of a new manager. Well, here's one!

Having grown up on both Texan and Mexican food, I am already accustomed to restaurants that have a Tex-Mex feel to them. After checking out the reviews as well as the Lupe Tortilla website, I knew I could not pass up on applying for the management position.

Recently, I became fluent in the Spanish language and graduated from Texas A&M University of San Antonio with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Administration. With that degree in hand and my new bilingual skills, I decided to look for a company that feels so close to home and that
