Personal Narrative: Low Level Of Stress

After taking the stress assessment, I discovered I have a low level of stress or as least from the assessments aspects I do. I believe my strongest stress trigger is the pressure I put on myself and how much I procrastinate. I am a perfectionist when it come to my work and how I like things to be done. This is something I have been working on to relax for a while. I realized that not everything is going to work out to be the way I would like. I believe that is why I wait until the last time to do my work. I think I can modify my stress by instead of waited until the last minute work a little at a time to then do the best I can on my work. I need to also remind myself that it is okay for things not to go right the first time and it try again
