How many students graduate from high school and don’t know where to find a job, or what degree to pursue? I attempted college after completing high school, but lacked any guidance or direction to complete my degree. Without discipline and initiative I found myself dropping out after the second semester and looking for a job. What experience did I have? None! At least none that would help me start a career and allow me the opportunity to move out of my parents’ home. Finding the standard retail job, I joined so many young men and women that face life after high school. With no direction I looked toward military service. Teaching about the sacrifice our forefathers willingly gave and how by their bloodshed, they secured our future and freedom will enrich our young adults, while preparing them for their future and it will also build a deep sense of respect for our ancestors’ accomplishments.
