Breakfast: I started the day off with a coffee and french vanilla cream. It was a bit chilly in the morning so I made oatmeal topped with chunky applesauce and natural peanut butter.
Lunch: I was feeling a bit tired so I decided to have another coffee with cream. I went out to lunch to try a vegan restaurant called Lettuce Love Cafe. I ordered the chana masala, it had chickpeas, tomato, onions, garam masala, spices, brown rice, red onions, cilantro, and avocado. It was so good.
Dinner: It was just one of those days and I ended up going out for dinner as well. I had some spinach dip with pita chips and bruchetta bread. I also had a spiked blue raspberry slushie drink.
