Personally, I have participated in transnational change. It was not necessary traditional business related however, it did pertain to training other countries military personnel. In my career, I have help train and work with the Georgian military personnel and Afghanistan national army personnel. Furthermore, my experience leads me to agree with your statement “Leading a transnational organization has enough challenges of its own but implementing changes to an already existing transnational organization has to be the most challenging job on the planet.” It is extremely difficult when training these individuals and we (US military personnel) have to take into consideration their cultures, the language barrier, simple lack of training and many
