Personal Narrative: Kylar Wake Up

“Kylar wake up’” my mom yelled.

I was so tired. It was 7:30am the first day of school. I didn’t want to do anything except go back to sleep. Another reason I didn’t want to get up was because I was nervous. But a voice in my head encouraged me to get up. So I did my regular morning routine and ate breakfast. Then it was time for me to start walking to the bus stop. But then my mom told me that it was 8:32 and my bus was supposed to come at 8:34. So I darted out of the door.

When I finally got to the bus stop I checked my phone to see what time it was and had just turned 8:20. I was so mad but also so lazy so I didn’t walk back home. A couple minutes later there were many seventh and eighth graders standing at the bus stop I could tell because
