On September 23,2017 it has been a month since I had knee surgery. My doctor said he is even more pleased now than before. I have more strength in my leg now than before. I do try to push myself too far when it comes to my knee. I want to heal faster, and my therapist says the harder you push yourself the longer it’s going to take to get where you want to be. I want to heal faster because I want to be able to get back to my life and doing what I love. What I love is being able to run and play with the kids at work and being able to go outside and trying to be normal.
