Personal Narrative: Joining OTI

Joining OTI was the first step I took to get to where I am at this point in My career.
Not only did they open the doors to my preferred trade, they supplied me with the tools and resources to attain my goals for my future.
While I attended their seven week state certified Pre-Apprenticeship program, they taught me to be confident with the skills I already had but also how to hone and use the skills that I had aquired during this program. Three days out of the week I would go to class with like minded woman that had the same goal in mind which was to find a way to make working in the trades a career.
