Personal Narrative-Johaly

I didn’t know what I was going to wear to the bar tonight. Johaly and I were the same sizes, so I tried on a few of her things.
“Girl you got a cute shape. I wish I had hips like that.”
“These saddle bags run in our family and no matter how much I exercise they never go away.” “You are stacked, you shouldn’t be at the gym doing a thing,” Johaly said, as she handed me a mini skirt from out of her suitcase.
“This is cute, but I’ve never worn anything this short before, I’m not sure about this.”

After Johaly had picked up the items she needed for the house, we browsed through the ladies clothing. When she came across a rack of shorts that were on sale, she called for me to come over.
When I saw how short the shorts were on the hanger, I couldn’t bring myself to put them in my shopping basket. But when Johaly left to try on a pair in the dressing room, I figured that I’d try on a pair too. After sliding on the shorts, my mouth flew open. I couldn’t believe that my legs looked so good, and I called her to look. “I knew that they would look good on you,” she said as she peeked through the dressing room door at me. I ended up purchasing two pairs of shorts, five tank tops, three bikinis, two straw hats, and a pair of shades.
I couldn’t wait to see what the mall had in store for us. I tried to remember that I needed to stick to my budget, just in case Trevor and I didn’t work out. I didn’t want to go crazy and spend all of my money on my second day here in Miami. The lottery money was a blessing, but three hundred dollars couldn’t even pay one fourth of my rent. As I tried to forget about my worries back at home in Texas, I continued to shop as I paid close attention to the price

I have seen many strange countries in my travels, but never one so strange as this. Waking up with a pounding headache and messy thick black hair, and seeing women on broom sticks riding through the air was one of those strange things. Of course, I got up and questioned this, and I looked up at the women, who seemed to look like witches, but they were not ugly or horrible to look at, but instead they are beautiful young women with no mole or green splotch to be seen. Some had lovely long hair of brown and red shades, and others had stunning short hair with shades of blond and white. Their bodies were goddess like and skin was smooth and tan.…

Since I was a very active child, I used to love climbing the cupboards; taking random clothes and accessories (which weren’t mine, by the way) and wearing them. She would just smile at me brightly, and laugh. There were a lot of clothes scattered around the floor, but me and my mom would clean it up very quick.…
