When calling J.C. Penny I had a good experience.When you call the first thing you get is an automated system that give you options of who you want to talk to. This system was very confusing so I stayed on the line hoping that it would replay but it said please hold. I was not on hold for more than 3 rings until my call was picked up. My call was transferred to the children's department. The employ at J.C. Penney did not sem happy she definitely was not smiling. She did not have good voice pitch. Her pitch was not a good tone and unpleasant. Pitch is how you make your words musical and entertaining to listen to.
